Board

 

The Board is the highest authority of the Foundation and is in charge of:

  • All decisions on grants
  • The implementation of the objectives and statutes of the Foundation.

The Board consists of nine members providing representation that is broad enough to ensure democratic transparency while maintaining efficiency.

The Board members fulfill their functions on a voluntary basis and are nominated for a six-year term.

 

The next board meeting will take place on 27-29 October 2017.
